2018 was full of accomplishments for Lightbox:
- 200 screenings in total
- 128 curated films
- 72 collaborator screenings
- 108 guest speakers
- Over 200 new members
- 15,591 audience members
- Launched our Deep Dive series, offering free discussions with experts on topics related to our screenings
- Reached our highest number of members ever
- Established a new Academic Partner program which currently grants 250 students from local universities free access to Lightbox screenings
- Opened our Back Porch Beer Garden for the first time
- Invited our filmgoers to continue the conversation at members-only and public receptions
- Presented our Ingmar Bergman Centennial Retrospective, attracting nearly 1300 audience members
